Fidelis Care is proud to join the new Refuah Health Center in hosting an Open House to introduce the residents of South Fallsburg to Refuah’s recently expanded local healthcare services.
The Open House will be held on June 26 at the Refuah Health Center at 36 Laurel Avenue in South Fallsburg, NY, from 11AM to 2PM. During the event, refreshments will be served and Refuah medical staff will offer free blood pressure screenings; weight and glucose checks; and consultations with a practitioner.
Currently the Refuah Health Center is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 11AM to 4PM (hours are flexible and based on demand). If demand increases the Health Center will expand its hours of operation. Services currently available include: sick visits, physical exams, healthy check ups, vaccinations, laboratory testing, case management, assistance with insurance and benefits, as well as a full-service optical store.
