NACL's “The Little Farm Show”
performed on Liberty's Main Street Stage
LIBERTY, NY: Widely acclaimed and aptly described as “the greatest show on dirt”, NACL Theatre brought THE LITTLE FARM SHOW to Liberty ’s Main Street stage on North Main Street on Friday, July 1, at 4 PM. It was an all-ages musical extravaganza about farming, food, and the environment. Afterwards their was a reception in the Liberty Community Garden.
Children of all ages learned where their food comes from and the importance of local farming today. From the inception of the solar system, to sunsets on Millicent’s farm, the Magnificent MacDonald Twins give their audiences a whirlwind tour.
Created and performed by NACL’s Tannis Kowalchuk and Brett Keyser, the show kicked up some dirt with live music and high-spirited performances.
THE LITTLE FARM SHOW does not only entertain but will ask people to consider their food choices and the effect those decisions have on their bodies, the environment, and society.
